Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms“) govern your use of the AreviGo.com website and purchase of our travel eSIM services operated by OSMYTECH INC., located at 18 King Street East, Suite 1400, Toronto, Ontario, M5C 1C4, Canada (“AreviGo“, “we“, “us“, “our“).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing an eSIM from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

AreviGo provides digital travel eSIM services for temporary mobile connectivity in supported countries. We are not a telecom carrier; we operate as a reseller using licensed infrastructure providers.

Service Scope: Mobile Data Only.

  • The eSIM service provided by AreviGo is strictly for mobile data (Internet) access.
  • The eSIM does not come with a phone number.
  • Consequently, the service does not support making or receiving voice calls or sending/receiving SMS and MMS messages.
  • Internet-based calling and messaging apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, FaceTime, Teams, etc., can be used over the provided data connection.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to use our services.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use the service lawfully and not for any prohibited activities. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

5. Activation and Usage

Each eSIM is valid for a limited duration or data amount as specified in the product details. Once activated, no refund will be provided except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

AreviGo is not liable for connectivity issues, device incompatibility, or service interruptions outside of our control. Service quality is dependent on local carrier networks.

7. Emergency Services Disclaimer (9-1-1)

AreviGo travel eSIMs are data-only services. They do not provide a mobile telephone number and do not support traditional voice calling or SMS messaging. As a result, emergency calls to 9-1-1 (or other local emergency numbers) cannot be made using our eSIMs.

If you require access to emergency services while travelling, you must ensure you have an alternative means of communication (such as a device with a local SIM card, roaming plan with a mobile operator, or access to Wi-Fi calling).

Customers may use third-party applications (for example, VoIP apps) over the data connection, but these services are not a substitute for calling 9-1-1 and may not connect you to local emergency services.

By purchasing and using AreviGo eSIMs, you acknowledge and accept that our services do not include access to 9-1-1 or equivalent emergency numbers.

8. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable laws of Canada.
