Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund before activation if the eSIM fails to work on a compatible device. Refunds are not available after activation.

 

2. Non-refundable Circumstances:

  • Incorrect device configuration;
  • Carrier or region restrictions;
  • Customer-initiated cancellation after activation.

 

3. How to Request a Refund

Please contact support@arevigo.com with your order number and reason. Refunds will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.

 

4. Payment Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, subject to processing time.
